GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed before 2:30 PM (GMT+3) are usually shipped out the same day from Istanbul, Türkiye.
Free standard shipping is offered on:
– Domestic (Türkiye) orders over 5,000₺
– International orders over €500
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please note that in certain regions, delivery services may be limited, and Nebraska cannot be held responsible for delays caused by remote locations, customs processes, or adverse weather conditions.
We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible; however, slight delays may occur during peak seasons such as sales, holidays, or special promotions.
Customers are expected to sign for goods upon delivery. Our courier partners may accommodate contactless deliveryupon request. Please note that delivery is not a named service — anyone at the provided address may sign for the package.
Nebraska will not be liable for lost or missing packages that have been signed for at the delivery address (for example, at a shared office or apartment).
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times on consecutive business days. If the package remains undelivered and there is no communication for five business days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
During promotional or sales periods, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging — wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box with no external branding.
Gift wrapping is not available at this time.
Please note that during high-demand periods, delivery times may extend up to 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Nebraska ships worldwide.
All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees applied by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.
Before purchasing, please check your local customs regulations, as these charges vary by country.
In the event that a shipment is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that all cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of order receipt.
To initiate a return, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number via:

During business hours, email and WhatsApp requests are processed promptly. If you don’t receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us by phone.
Once an RA number is issued, please specify whether you would like an exchange or refund. Securely pack the item(s) and send them to:

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Items discounted 50% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, in which case Nebraska covers the shipping.
Returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or store credits are issued within 2–3 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
f you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at
info@nebraska.com.tr with photos and your order number.
Replacements or refunds will be arranged at no additional cost.
